017: WSDOT alert for Adams County.

Starting May 4, 2026, and until mid-summer, travelers will encounter delays, detours, flaggers, temporary rumble strips and alternating one-lane, two-way traffic at the intersection of Cunningham Road and milepost 29 of State Route 17 near Othello. Contractors associated with the Washington State Department of Transportation will build a single-lane roundabout at that intersection, Monday-Friday from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. until Aug. 1. Questions? Travelers on SR 17 from milepost 27 (just south of Othello) to milepost 44 (just southeast of Moses Lake) will encounter alternating, one-lane, two-way traffic, automatic flaggers, temporary rumble strips, and reduced speed limits 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday from July 7 to Sept. 10.
