Acceptance

By using PNW Roads, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit content.

Independent informational service

PNW Roads is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by a government, emergency-management, law-enforcement, transportation, fire, health, wildlife, or other public agency.

PNW Roads aggregates and organizes information for convenience. Alerts can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or inaccurate. Always follow instructions from emergency personnel and verify time-sensitive information through the linked official source.

Not an emergency service

PNW Roads does not dispatch emergency services and is not a replacement for 911, official emergency alerts, road signs, closures, evacuation orders, or safe driving judgment. For immediate danger, move to safety and call 911. Do not use the app while operating a vehicle.

Road reports and other submissions

When you submit a road report, photograph, attachment, feedback item, or other content, you agree that:

• The submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge and is relevant to the service.
• You have the right to submit the content and it does not violate another person's privacy, copyright, or other rights.
• You will not submit threats, harassment, hate, sexual content, illegal content, malware, spam, sensitive documents, private medical information, or unnecessary personal information.
• You grant PNW Roads a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, edit, reproduce, and publish the road-safety portions of the submission for operating and improving the service.

Reports submitted through the separate road-report review form require administrator review before publication. Public Live Travel Map reports appear immediately when reporting is enabled and may be posted automatically, with their incident details and location, to the PNWRoads Facebook Page for the affected county. This begins with Mason County, Washington. PNW Roads may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove content at its discretion. A report expiring or being removed does not establish that an incident is cleared. Report objectionable or inaccurate content through Submit Bugs & Feature Requests or admin@pnwroads.com.

External sources and links

Use of Google-powered gas-price results is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, incorporated by reference. Prices are provider-reported and may be missing, outdated, or subject to cash, credit, or membership conditions. Verify the posted price at the pump. Search results are a limited sample and do not guarantee all stations, the cheapest price, or a particular detour time.

PNW Roads links to third-party and government websites. Those sites control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement by either PNW Roads or the linked organization. See Government Sources & Disclaimer for major source categories.

Traveler accounts and saved trips

You are responsible for keeping your traveler account password confidential and for activity performed through your account. Do not share an account in a way that compromises another person's trip or location information.

Saved trips are planning aids, not permanent route guarantees. When you load a saved trip, PNW Roads recalculates its route and current information, which can differ from the previously viewed plan. PNW Roads may limit, suspend, or remove accounts used for abuse, automated misuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued without notice. Features and geographic coverage may vary. We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date.

Disclaimer and limitation

PNW Roads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNW Roads and its operator are not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the service, third-party information, travel decisions, missed alerts, or service interruption.
