Acceptance

By using PNW Roads, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit content.

Independent informational service

PNW Roads is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by a government, emergency-management, law-enforcement, transportation, fire, health, wildlife, or other public agency.

PNW Roads aggregates and organizes information for convenience. Alerts can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or inaccurate. Always follow instructions from emergency personnel and verify time-sensitive information through the linked official source.

Not an emergency service

PNW Roads does not dispatch emergency services and is not a replacement for 911, official emergency alerts, road signs, closures, evacuation orders, or safe driving judgment. For immediate danger, move to safety and call 911. Do not use the app while operating a vehicle.

Road reports and other submissions

When you submit a road report, photograph, attachment, feedback item, or other content, you agree that:

• The submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge and is relevant to the service.
• You have the right to submit the content and it does not violate another person's privacy, copyright, or other rights.
• You will not submit threats, harassment, hate, sexual content, illegal content, malware, spam, sensitive documents, private medical information, or unnecessary personal information.
• You grant PNW Roads a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, edit, reproduce, and publish the road-safety portions of the submission for operating and improving the service.

Submissions are subject to administrator review. PNW Roads may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove content at its discretion. Public road reports are not published until an administrator reviews them. Report objectionable or inaccurate content through Submit Bugs & Feature Requests or admin@pnwroads.com.

External sources and links

PNW Roads links to third-party and government websites. Those sites control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement by either PNW Roads or the linked organization. See Government Sources & Disclaimer for major source categories.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued without notice. Features and geographic coverage may vary. We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date.

Disclaimer and limitation

PNW Roads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNW Roads and its operator are not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the service, third-party information, travel decisions, missed alerts, or service interruption.
